Peter Pony, Alabama U.S.A. How is this a rip off? 'The hotel has absolutely no control over loss of power due to storms.' No control over what power? 'It is unreasonable to expect them to simply turn the power back on at your beck and call. If the power is out, it is OUT.' Wrong! If they hadn't failed to keep the generator operable, the power would not have been OUT. What is this 'beck and call' garbage? don't know everybody at the motel was out of power. Not just the Author! Irrelevant, Sarcastic and stupid statement! 'Perhaps you should take up your complaint with the electric company instead.' Wrong! The electric company does not maintain private generators! Congratulations Peter. Another meaningless, irrelevant and useless post!
