SleepTrain (Carmel Mtn) Ripoff of $2000 San Diego, California
My wife and i bought a Sealy Posturepedic from the Sleeptrain on Carmel Mountain road. About 8 months after we purchased we noticed the top was shifting it developed a sag and the sides were breaking done.
Again we we bought they said ooh " we'll take care of you with our great warranty." We contacted the store and as others have stated they sent out an "independent contractor" to check the warranty.
Again they called on a Sunday early evening and said were not going to warrant, even if the top has shifted and the sides are broke down also since it does not sag more than a inch and half it we consider it normal wear and tear. So I'm stuck sleeping on the floor or a piece of crap mattress.
Be warned, DO NOT BUY FROM SLEEPTRAIN!
