After 5 days, 3 different sets of delivery guys, 4 box springs and two bed frames we are in business. The bed is now good. The root of the problem was the bed frame itself. The first frame was not meant for a King Size Bed. Although I will never buy from them again they did correct the problem after many headaches and time wasted on my part.
