A) Sleepys allowed me to do a comfort exchange for a higher end Latex bed from Dr bruise ( I paid the difference in price, exchange fees and redelivery price) 
 
The bed was much firmer than in the store, so complained to sleepys who let me exchange for a Simmons comforpedic which was evn more money, so I paid a total of 110 in upgrade prices, fees and redelivery

The comforpedic delivered was defective with rips at the bottom so called sleepys who offered me a comfort exchange which I foolishly took by paying the fee and I ordered a Dr Brues Monogram Gold, a higher model than dr breus monogram and hoping this will be similar to feel in the store

Nope, this felt much different than the store and in fact way softer than the store- bottom-line is these beds are not consistent in feel, some issue with how the materials are laid or the manufacturing is done

Now I called sleepys customer service, and it is a draw of luck as you can get a rude or a decent person. They said well we will send you a replacement and hopefully it will be alright, nope same issue - mushy and has soft sports in some areas. 

I called sleepys cuts service again and they say we can send you another one of the same exact model, why should i keep trying beds of the same brand/model when I had issues and keep waiting in 4 hour intervals for delivery

 I want a refund, they can pickup the junk bed and return to their manufacturer
I am way too disgusted with this brand and the attitude of Sleepys customer service and I want opinions on what to do next because I am not going keep a bed at home that costed me 3900 in purchase price  and fees

Folks, Do not Buy dr Breus bed, you could be getting a lemon or a bed that is so different from a store bed or one that could feel sloppy or develop soft spots in few days . Do not be fooled by their feel at the store or their look.
