I purchased a mattress from Sleepy's and the side of the mattress is bulging. I contacted Sleepys and they sent out an inspector. The claim was denied due to my wooden high dollar bed frame only had 4 slats and not 5. The boxspring was not sagging or have any defects when you laid on the bed. The bulging was on the mattress side where there was wood support around all 4 sides of the frame. If the slats were not providing support you would expect sagging in areas of the mattress other than the side where it was supported and the boxspring would have defects.
The technician never inspected the damaged mattress, just took pictures. And when I contacted customer support and found out I was denied, I was very disappointed and the representative would only talk over me when I tried to explain how the problem was not a missing slat. My wife and I have taken great care of the mattress, it is in two waterproof covers and other than the defect it looks like it did the day we bought it.
We have neighbors who just bought from sleepys a week ago and after we told them our experience with the quality, warranty, and customer support they are going to be retuning there set that they are not happy with anyway to avoid what I have gone through. I will never be stepping foot in a Sleepys again and I will let my family and friends know of my horrible experience. I was told to go to (((competitor's name redacted))) the first time. I didn't listen and i'm definitely regreting that decesion. Very disappointed!

I am pleased that after consideration Sleepy's honored the warranty on my mattress. I was contacted by a customer relations rep from Sleepy's who helped me resolve the issue.
