Sleepy's Dishonest Company steals money from Employees Virginia Beach Virginia
Sleepy's does not pay their people is the bottom line. Upper management is very skilled at taking money from the mouth of your children. They run it like a used car dealership...you make a TO call to a DM or RM they lower the price super low and the Mattress Professional makes no commission.
They have a sliding pay scale so you could end up making nothing on a sale. You will be told the cover story "we took it off the street from the competition" great but your family gets nothing and you’re in the hole to the company. You worked for free on that sale...SLAVERY. When you do make commission it’s the lowest in the industry. Also it can change commissions are often adjusted down.
Basically you will get $125 a day...a few select favorites work the busy stores and get paid. These people are promoted for their pandering to management skills not sales skill. So most likely you DM can't help you because they don't know how. Even if they did help you though the sliding pay scale would get your income anyway. It’s a no win situation. Sleepy's is a horrible place to work. This was my experience in Tidewater Va...it might be different in other areas.
Another thing Sleepy's management will give away the merchandise and the accuse the MP of doing so. If you are successful where you are STAY there. Do not believe the fake promises. Sleepy's has nothing for you and if they did it would be creatively taken away.
