On January 6, 2014, I contact Sleepy's regarding an issue we have with a mattress we bought in June of 2013. They stated that someonen would call us within 48 hours to schedule inspection and warrenty issues. To this date, (2 1/2 weeks later) there is STILL not contact from Sleepy's! This is the SECOND mattress we have had a problem with in the last two years pruchased form Sleepy's. To get the last one changed out took us all sorts of hassled, they never showed for scheudled appointments, and later tried to deliver a stained and/or used mattress. They also messed with the paperwork and the cost of the mattress to make it look like we did not get full warrently credit and if antying happened in the future (like it did) we would only have been given return value of less than half the original amount. Sleepy's states this is a Sewrta mattress, but we contacted SErta and they say they do not make such a mattress. They also wanted to know why there was not hang tag on the mattress. Both makes me wonder what Sleepy's is trying to pull. Are they lableling off brands as legitimate manufacturers?

A week ago someone from Sleepy's finally called me and then said they were goignt o arrange to have the comapny that looks at their mattresses for warrenty contact me and set up an appointment to view the mattress. A WEEK AGO! I was told they contact within a few days.
So, again, Sleepy's doesn't seem to care. I find this emphamy for my situation so touching!
