Unauthorized charges on my bank card. I Googled the name listed on my credit card statement and found the information on this company. When I called they claim they had no record of my having an account with them. 2 days later they charged another $69.90 to my card for a total of $149.80. Not only did I NOT order anything from this company but I also never received anything from them.

Suzanne, It appears that there were charges made to your credit card for an order that you did not place with our company. We perform a fraud check on all of our order pages to ensure that the cardholder is in fact ordering--for an order to process someone had to have all of your information including the three digit security code on the back of your card. We would recommend filing a police report if in fact someone else placed the order with our company without your permission.
