Slomins Inc. Ripp off /Bait n Switch Hicksville New York
Slomins Oil co sent a service repairman to my home and told me that my Hot water storage tank was not repairable and has to be replaced at a cost of $2500. I knew something was not right. I brought in another company, Romanelli& son and they sent over a service repairman at my expense and replaced the bad thermastat. My storage tank now works and I dint have to spend $2500. However: Slomins has my $178.53 (Service Contract) and I over paid for my home heating oil by $.40/gal $101.44 total for my last oil delivery. My expense for the repair was was $400.00 I will be filling a claim in small claims court on Monday feb 2, 2009
