Slomins Slomins Security They shut off the cameras I paid for at installation saying various reasons Hicksville New York
I had Slomins for about 15 years. I upgraded five hrs ago and they tried to make me pay for a FREE upgrade. Six months of arguing and they said they made an error. I had cameras installed the day of the upgrade where they charged me three thousand dollars plus a monitoring fee every three months. They deliberately shut off my cameras fro the office at least 25 times until I fight with them. They actually like upsetting a cardiac and cancer patient they fix it from the office then do it again in about a few months later. They did it again this month saying they need access to my home. They do not I sent numerous emails and called the numerous times in an hour and IT WAS A MIRACLE the cameras went back online but only live fee, no camera clips or videos. My home was broken into last ,I think and they never called here They are aware of the break in. I have emails fromBob Simpson saying it would not happen again and a voice conversation with a John petty saying he’d look into it. Nothing yet. I want what I paid for. I’m paid up except for the last month of no service They call and say they need access I refuse to let them in. I have a rescue dog who was beaten and she’s fearful so I just cannot. I spoke to IT Thet3 who said the cameras are on. It’s one big joke to them This is unbelievable and it has been fixed previously from their site but Gain it’s a joke to them Please help me let others know about this horrible company A senior citizen should not have to be abused this way
