Smallest Card Reader Mr. Albert Chen, www.smallestcardreader.com I've ordered one of their products through Western Union but never received anything. Internet
First I contacted them to enquiry a product called smallest card reader for a research I'm doing. A person called "Mr. Albert Chen" replied very kindly and answered all my questions. After some mails back and forth I decided to purchase the product. "Mr. Albert Chen" sent me his details to transfer money on Western Union, which I did. The receiver's name was "Tyler Oliver" in Raleigh, North Carolina. He replied the day after that the product would be shipped the next day.
Afterwards he wrote once more that the product was delayed but it was already shipped but never provided tracking number despite he mentioned that he would send with FedEx International. I sent more mails fecthing more info but never got a reply anymore. I called FedEx and they told me nothing is being shipped though them to my name or address. He's gone with my money and ripped me off.
