I signed up for the mcsd course for C#.net. what I found out I got after logging on the first time was mcsd for VB 6.0. I immediately called and was told that the C# courses were on their way. The sales rep made no excuses why the course was not there. Instead she told me that I could start taking the C# course that is partially done and then placed that on my list of available courses. It is 8 months later and their is still no complete course for the MCSD C# course or test. I've been trying to get my money back but have not had any luck.

Basically the customet service reps said that because I paid an invoice that said MCSD it is not their fault that I wanted the C# version. They also said that they reviewed my calls and I did speak with the sales reps numerous times about C# MCSD but that didn't matter because I only asked for the MCSD and wasn't specific so the rep assumed I just wanted the default MCSD VB 6.0. Despite the fact we talked about C# continuously.

Basically their saying that the sales rep knows how to word things in a way that is misleading but she can get away with it because technically I did ask for MCSD and she gave me MCSD. Even though it is not the right version, the version we talked about. Also, when trying to get my money back they reviewed all of my phone calls but all of the calls I made to complain about the course I signed up for not being there seem to be missing. Now after trying to get my money back for several months their telling me that some of the course i signed up for is available so I am getting what I signed up for.

they said I can take some of the course now and do the rest as it is completed and posted on their site. No concern for the fact that my subscription will run out before all is done, if it's ever done. Also, no concern for the fact that I signed up for a product and should have had the product immediately after paying for it. I was told by the sales rep that I not only would get the whole course and test but also would be able to complete it by the end of summer. Obviously that didn't happen. VCan't complete a course thats not their.
