Your son received a member number when he joined, and you will need that number when you call to cancel.

If you cancel your membership within 90 days of joining Smart Living Company, you are eligible for a refund of your membership fees (excluding shipping and handling) if its within 90 days of your start date and you have returned your membership kit. Call toll free 1-877-523-9088 for eligibility and cancellation instructions. Trial Members: You may cancel during your Trial Membership and no further monthly charges will be assessed thereafter. If you cancel your membership within 90 days following the end of your Trial Membership, you are eligible for a refund of your initial membership payment. After the 90 Days, and at any time during your ongoing membership, you may cancel and no further monthly charges will be assessed. Previous monthly charges are not refundable. To cancel, call toll-free 1-877-523-9088.
Website Cancellations: You may cancel your membership, website or any other eMerchantClub services any time by notifying us in writing by cofirmed e-mail to [email protected], confirmed fax to 1-888-201-2680, or first-class, registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, addressed to eMerchantClub, Attn: Website Cancellation, 4119 Guardian Street, Simi Valley, California 93063. Any incoming E-mail sent to cancelled or terminated accounts will not be bounced back or forwarded to another account. Everything regarding the website that is stored on our servers may be deleted. Cancellation will not entitle you to a refund or relieve you of your obligation to pay the remaining balance of your account. However, if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing an eMerchantClub website, we may apply the purchase price in the form of a merchandise credit to your SMC account. eMerchantClub makes no representation to the amount of traffic or sales that will be made from a website or related products purchased from eMerchantClub. We make no representation that your website or related services can make more than what you paid for your site or related service.
