I received a letter from Smart Move in February stating they sold the title to my car and the new finance company would get back to me. March passed, April passed and then May I get a letter from Synergy stating I need to pay 582.00 or they would repo my car. I called the customer service number on the letter and spoke to Jason and he was so helpful. He got rid of my late fees and rolled my past due payments in to a balloon payment at the end of my lease with no interest. So in my situation I called listened to their spill and then explained it's not my fault Smart Move failed to properly conduct business and it's not Syngery's fault however I place responsibility with Synergy because you should have notified me when you took over my account. Jason agreed and together we came up with a great solution for me. So call and calmly explain and I am sure they can work something out for you like they did for me.
