rain was predicted on date of move. We called ahead to make sure movers would not ruin new cream carpets going in and out of new house. Owner promised paper would be put down to protect floors. It wasn't. Movers were two hours late. They provided no excuse for tardiness. They packed up old house and couldn't fit it all into the truck even though owner provided boxes specified for truck and despite the fact that we had made numerous trips ourselves. The rest of our items were moved in an open pickup truck in the pouring rain. 

Overall price was same as original price given during consultation even though we had moved and sold items they did not move. Agreed upon "5% discount" was not given. Numerous items were damaged. 

Owner came out weeks later and agreed to replace or refund some but wouldn't agree to compensate for others (dining table,bed, and dresser sustained damage to which he offered to fill in with a pen). We agreed upon compensation for items and a replacement of another item. Only the cheap items were compensated( 90.00 total) 5% discount never credited  

Owner lied and said the replacement item And second check were sent. Also said he was "sick of hearing from me"! Send what was agreed upon, buddy! Total class act. Currently suing them. I'm reading they aren't liscenced either. Steer clear of these guys!!!!!

 He is correct. I do call 20 times in a row because he is ignoring my calls. 60 dollars for an organic crib mattress that is under 2 years old and cost 260.00 after coupon discount (receipt provided to company) is unacceptable. Is this company even insured?? His movers slashed it with razor blades while taking the wrap off and I notified him of this 2 weeks after (a family member put sheets on the crib in the haste of the move) After 3 months he finally AGREED to send the 259.00 and our grill cover which was completely ruined as it was moved in the uncovered truck along with a 300.00 deep freezer which had to be dried out before plugging in despite discussing with them to transport this carefully as the contents were extremely important. (Breastmilk for my baby) He only agreed to this after telling me that he would only send it if I "left him alone". Do you see his response? Unprofessional. I'll see them in court unfortunately. We have the necessary proof we need (recorded phone calls and emails)

We did drop the ball on being late that day. The Forman was reprimanded. The outdoor items ( patio set ) should not have been transported that way. In their defense they were trying to keep you bill as low as possible. Returning for those items would have added an additional $400 to your total. Hence the pick up truck that they had, came of use. Since it was raining things tend to take a lot longer in the rain. But yet the guys still managed to finish in the alloted time. The most minor items were showed to me with damage and was fixed. The item she is complaining about is a baby's mattress that was used and was not brought to my attention until 5 weeks after the move. My insurance carrier will pay out 60 on the pound for that item but she is unwilling to take that refund. She only wants a full price refund. Who pays full price for anything that is used ?????? After we had sent her a check for $90 for the other items that were not worth 1/3 of that refund. We have never said we are sick of hearing from you but now I believe we are.
