smart nutrition Rude and Unwilling to divulge Owners name San Diego California
I called Smart Nutrition to ask about something confusing on their sight and JEFF was incredibly rude and condesending. His attitude was nasty. He wasn't at all helpful and acted as if I should know why his site showed 2 completely different products on the same page--one in the middle of the description of the other. I wanted clarity and what I got was attitude.
I asked who owned the company and JEFF wouldn't tell me! I wanted to talk to the owner to see if he or she also had an attirude as well (and therefore I wouldn't buy their products) or if Jeff was just a poor represenation of the company.
While trying to locate the owners name, I came upon another complaint on Ripoff Report... it appears JEFF made an impression on them too! I won't be doing business with Smart Nutrition for sure.
