Dear Zoe,
I am sorry if you were unhappy with the promotional travel voucher you received from Vacation Choices and also that someone neglected to tell you a deposit was required. It is however stated on the voucher. We are not a scam and travel
many customers on a daily basis. We require a deposit to insure travel by our customers. If we were to arrange vacations without any deposit there would be no motivation for customers to take the trips they ask us to book. We would be
making a lot of reservation in vain as some customers would feel they had nothing to lose so they could just cancel their plans at the last minute if something else came up. I am sorry that you chose not to activate your voucher and travel with us.
Regards,
