Ordered an item from this vendor. Charged to credit card. Waited for nearly 3 months for the order to be filled. (only part of the item came).

Filed dispute w/ cc company as per agreement with vendor. Paid 1 charge, but disputed the 2nd charge (was still awaiting the item & order to be filled)

Vendor agreed to wait for dispute reversal (to insure the item was received);

Vendor stated he didn't want me to send him a check or certified funds. Stated he wanted to wait for the credit card reversal so it wouldn't "taint" his record.

Then vendor sent in a fraudulent collection on me! For a higher amount also..

Vendor was called. He stated it was "standard procedure." Not only did the vendor lie to me, but he is attempting to collect a 2nd charge from me through collection, and at a higher amount.

The dispute has not yet been settled with the credit card company, and I still haven't received the rest of the item.

I'm out the first charge, have 1/2 a product, and he's trying to collect through 2 different sources!

I am filing complaints with the FCDA/FCR/CONSUMER FRAUD/ and our great buddies here at Rip-Off.

Beware of this guy! He is a real bottom feeder.

Hello, I would like to respond to the report Dr. J placed. Dr. J should tell the whole truth before filling a complaint against a company that dealt with him for some time. Dr. J placed his order with our company for an item that was drop shipped directly to him. No time was given for this delivery other than an average of three to five weeks. Dr. J received his tent bed with optional top tent within this average. Dr. J then contacted us to let us know that he was shorted a top tent for his order. The supplier was contacted about the shortage and a replacement was placed on order. Dr. J was a regular caller stating he worked for the Pentagon and that he wanted to do business with us by making these same tent beds because of the demand. He called about every week to ask for spec and to let us know about his position in the Pentagon. The last conversation we had was about the sizes of these beds and he asked for an update on the top tent. (top tent not needed to assemble this kids bed) Again this is optional. Dr. J was sent his top tent which was confirmed by email. During this time I received a charge back on the complete order. His account was turned into collection for this amount plus charge back fees(thus being more than the original amount). When I called Dr. J he said he would drop the charge back if I would stop the collections. He then threatened the Wrath of the Pentagon if I did not stop the collection. When a charge back is filed valid or not valid it takes up to 9 month to get the funds back but Dr. J with his power in the "Pentagon" stated he would have the funds deposited in that same day due to his connections with the credit card company. This didn't happen which is why he remand in collections. We received our funds back from the credit card company because we proved Dr. J received not only the bottom part but also the top tent part as promised. The statement that he did not receive his items is not true. I have the delivery receipts to prove that all was delivered and signed for clear by Dr. J of the US Pentagon. Because the funds were received we have dropped all collections. Thank You, Jack Dugger
