I called Baker Shoes because that was one of the charges that was made with my credit card the person speaking with me told me my credit card was used with a different shipping address, and there were other cards used for the same address. I repeatedly after months of talking to anyone who would listen to me at SMC to have Martha Mena investigated because she might have used other people's cards. I can only allege until I get proof but I allege that Martha used my card. After she allegedly committed Fraud and sold me, what I told her, I didn't want!!!! Then after all this SMC sending me to a collections agency because of some lifetime membership that was bogus! I told them I didn't want to be affiliated with them at all, to not contact me or call me. I was through being ripped off. But then I had to pay the collections on the account so I paid it because my credit report had already been reported something negative. I have sent for the report so I will have proof that it was SMC or someone else. But there would be no one else because I have my financial affairs in order except this. I was turned down for the lower rates for car insurance company and the letter said I could get a free report. So I'll know what's on it soon. I am upset that they can damage my credit without due process. I'll know soon about the Credit Bureau.

I am starting to become afraid of SMC If they can send me to a collection agency to pay for a year of non service and fraud and not cancel me when I asked them. I am afraid they will try this again. So my thought was to sent them a certified letter and make them sign for it. But the card came back with a stamp not a signature. I am so upset to be taken advantage of. This is the letter I sent to them. I DO NOT want to renew my membership with your company. I am the one that waited for days weeks, and even months to settle my dispute with your company and its representatives. I believe your/mine Coach Martha Mena (I am not clear on the spelling) used my credit card and also misrepresented, lied, and promise and sold me things I clearly didn't want. I was told you would listen to the tape. I don't want this to go any further. Please DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN, if I am contacted I will go to the courthouse and let them know your company is harassing me. I do not want to renew and I am sending with a signature card so I know you have received this notice of intent. I do not want to renew your yearly contract. You sent me to a collection agency when you know I asked you months ago to release me from my contract after in January I was sold a bogus deal. I am disappointed that you can make me pay last year by ruining my credit if I didn't pay. That is low down if this very thing had happened to someone not as able to make decisions and just pay on the credit card so your credit wouldn't be ruined. Enclosed is a copy of your Statement for renewal. I do NOT want to renew. Loose my address.
