My complaint is,when I join SMC they said I have 30 trail,if something I not satisfy,I can cancel in 30 trail to get my refund back.My point is,why don't they explains everything clearly before everyone join in they member.

when I join membership,it cost me for $314.95,I don't have that much moneys to paid one time,I told them break it down,they charge me $114.95,and $50.00 for second days of the month after that,and they said I have to pay for the Hosting fee,$29.95, first I kind confuse,why do I have to pay for hosting,they said the website is Free,but I still paid for Hosting,then I agree,as long as I make some money is ok,when I receive a Kits,first thing I have to contact with SMC customer service,and then contact with Coach,and then get my Business going.

after I contact with customer service,ask about my website,they told me is I got Small Website,I said what is mean Small Website.They Explain,Small Website,I only upload one cataloger,that cataloger is call Big Value,in that cataloger don't have much product in it.

SMC send the kits,has total 6 cataloger.one of cataloger is World Of Products and other 5 cataloger,is Family Avenue,Christmas Collection,Bayberry Lane,Simply for you,and the last one is Big Value Book.

the main thing,I'm and every one out there ,we join SMC because ,they had more products in the cataloger,(World Of Products)any way,I ask them how about if I want World Of products cataloger on my website.they told me I need a big website,that I have to pay....OK now we talk about website they give for me FREE.same day when I contact customer service,I receive letter from eMerchant Club.after read they letter,I'm so mad.here how the letter said.(remember ,they need a Gift Card to make a purchase the first time they come to my website.)to me that is complicated for who ever want to buy products from my web.They told me that is a FREE website work.after conversation with eMerchantClub,I'm not happy with it,the next day I call in and cancel my membership with SMC,they told to return the kits back,before I get the refund back.ok now I done with SMC,a website...I contact with them,and cancel my website,ok look like everthing fine.two days later,I check my account,eMerchantClub,already charge me $29.95 for Hosting.this not a point,the point is two days after I cancel with them,and then they still took my moneys.I just want every one out there to know don't let SMC Ripoff...RIPOFF
