SMI One Card Services SMI One Card Services refused to refund me $199.99 due to a fraudulent transaction made to a company known as Web Zone.(scam computer repair company which poses as Micr Soft). Smi indicates this is a non-refundable purchase and stalls by sending letters to the card holder giving false hope of a refund. Smi one is insured as are all banks and i should be reimbursed due to this outrageous SCAM Charlotte NORTH CAROLINA
I have waisted money faxing Web Zone company information in hopes that i would receive a refund...waited more than 4 weeks...just to be told no...i will no longer due business wuth SMI ONE CARD SERVICES...My monies are not safe...
