I orderd May 17, 2017 with express shipping.

Unfortunately (lessons learned) they have my credit card AND my bank information.

They could not provide a tracking number and came up with a myriad of excuses.  The latest was that they package was sent but returned to them for a "damaged label" but then told me they were out of what I ordered.  Um, they couldn't just replace the label and resend?

I have cancelled by credit card (provided on an earlier order and "rejected") and closed down my checking account  (what a hassle).

"Lara Stevens" was the representative from the company that I'd been dealing with.  No prejudice what so ever - but American name however, from emails, definitely not in command of the English language.

Hey, they got $100 out of me and I'm going through all the hassle of cancelling accounts.  I was foolish but lessons learned.

Karma will bite them in the a**.

Just don't go to this site.
