Products(s) I received do not work. When I called aobut he 30 Day Money Back guarantee I was advised there is a NO REFUND POLICY after 24 hours of puchase. One must cancel order within the first 24 hours of ordering to be eligible for this guarantee and must return unopened products(s) within 30 days to be eligible for a refund (less shipping). Be prepared to hold and not have the opportunity to talk with someone. I hav found the wiat time is 15+ minutes if you are lucky. Then you will be prompted to leave a message. I have left voice mail message(s) with no returned phone calls. Closed on weekends. Customer service is extremely rude and made me feel horrible for they made it clear I should have ready the find print. I ordered via phone., Please note when you order thies product you will automatically be enrolled in a Monthly Refiss Program and they will charge you accordingly. I have left messages and sent emails to cancel this monthly program with no responce to date.
