Snappy-Music.com Deceptive advertising. Site and software are not for legal downloading of music. Internet
Only after paying with a credit card, downloading the software, and then downloading a few songs, did it hit me that the fee you are charged does nothing to keep you legal in downloading music from this site. Their advertising is very deceptive in that it causes you to believe that not only is it legal to do any downloading with their software, but also that you have support 24/7, and can cancel membership at any time and get a prorated refund.
So far the support line is always busy and the online support is offline. I will continue to pursue this to satisfaction with my credit card company. I hope not to many more are deceived into believing this site and it's software are for the legal downloading of music. The $2.99 a month fee for a year advertised, is also not explained to the buyer that you are charged all at once for the entire year, not $2.99 per month.

We do offer legal downloads and you can cancel your membership at anytime. If the phone support is busy, try the chat and if it is offline, submit a helpdesk ticket and someone will respond to you within 12-hours. All the charges are explained to you on the same page you enter your credit card information.
