Congratulations to the owner for finally and officially wiping the last piece of SNI off his cowboy boots. Well done Cowboy. I mean, you have been tring to get rid of this company for what now, a decade?

As much as I am interested in how you did it, I am more interested in WHY they did it.  I mean who headed up their due dilegence team at the parent? Stevie Wonder?  3 Blind Mice?  What do you have but 45 underperforming and declining offices and a state worth of Perm. I mean you can't put your finger on the executives, where have they ever shown the ability of success.  SNI?  Did anyone at the parent go back about 5 years ago and track those numbers to todays numbers? Well, maybe that is why they got the Walmart price that they did. I gasped when I heard what Cowboy sold it for. HOLY BARGAIN BATMAN. Every region was down from 5 years ago and some areas, resembling the fact they must have closed LOLOLOLOL no wonder 

What will be fun to watch is through the next 6 months, you will, current employee, be feed so much fat, you wont be able to walk. New opportunities now that we are public garbage, nothing will change garbage, we merged gargage when in fact, everything will be the opposite. 

YOU WERE ABSORBED.  Not merged. YOU WERE ABSORBED. Who would merge with SNI? YOU WERE BOUGHT. The parent already was successful,  you were absorbed and soon you will feel what absorbtion is. 

1) your offices will MERGE with existing offices in the area. They will not run two separate offices for very long

2) those big accounts you have, you built, will be gone. Merged with the parents top performers. 

3) Executives will bring popcicles from Casper and give them out with huge smiles. They got a contract and a lump sum to hang around for 6-12 months and transition the companies but they too will be fired. I mean, who needs a group of people who took the value of the firm to almost half in like 5 years. Heck, one of the execs already torpedo'd a state for the parent company in a past life.

4) Can not wait til the parent finds out what they really bought and the remaining managers have to work with a public firm who doesnt allow fake billing, fixing invoices, chasing phatom placements. And the antics of belittling staff will cease, the new company most likely has a real HR department, one not hidden in some conference room LOLOLOLOLOL

Get ready for all of those great opportunities and when pigs fly and worms stand and dance, you will get them but until then strap in for a bumpy ride cause the lies will come fast and furious in about 6 months. Just enough time for the execs to help the parent focus on the money areas. Which should take about 2 hours. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLO



Congradulations Cowboy, you amazed me again by dumping this company on someone else, finally
