Debited my Visa on 9th December for a DVD which I have not recieved.
Have rung 8 times and was told he is in a meeting or I would have to leave a message in which I did but no body has got back to me.
The person I think is Mark is the Manager and he also handles the ordering of the merchandise on the net.
