I   don't  steal  at  all  so why haven't Mr.Johnson paid me yes he told me this mess about the bank card and so did you in fact you sent me an email about it I can upload your emails. It is sad that people will ripe people off I'm a single mother of 9 I just lost a son and I've been open with Mr.Johnson since the day he call me or an interview I work I use my own car I put mileages on my car for Mr . Johnson if he didn't have workers he would not have this business

yes he told me he owns this company he is a ex police ex military he owns a tow truck company part owner in a barbershop On Livingston Rd Oxen Hill M.D. I've email you all back and text and call about the money's due to me no reply please pay people please pay me. He also told me his is the son of a bishop I do know this the God ask serve He sit high and looks low so he knows the truth

This is a black owned company suppose to be run and owned by a so called ex-cop Mr. Jay Johnson who is nothing but a liar and conartist.  He does not pay you for work.  He gives excuses after excuses as to why he hasn't paid you.   He lies and put you off time after time and never comes through with your money.  Mr. Johnson will not answer phone calls and his so called staff will not answer.   The company address is a PO Box Number so you can't go to the company to get your money.  After reading all of the rip off reports, Mr. Johnson had done this before to other girls working for him.   Something needs to be done about this.   Don't give Soft Cloth Cleaning your business and definitely don't work for the company.  This man is a true conartist and something needs to be done to stop him.   He is a liar, thief, and will try to get whatever he can from you but won't pay you for your work.   He will lie and will never pay you.  A report also says Mr. Johnson is not the real owner of the company, it is owned by someone named Angela Byrd-Wright, principal of school in Virginia.   She needs to be contacted to get our money.

Jay Johnson will not pay you after you have worked. he will come up with every excuse why he can't pay you, the bank has issues ect.Its a shame that black foke can't run a business without trying  to get over on people.He only hires females which is a sign of weakness,and his whole intention from the start is to play with your coin that you worked for.A grown man that has been working for you down wanna hear it,that why he pray on women looking for work with us $15hr ish and its  $11bottom line is dont work for this guy&Dont use soft cloth for your cleaning service "softcloths" are definitely not gonna clean everything and they barely use water if so it's cold, they tell you jest to spray and wipe. not sanitary at all

It's a shame that individuals can come on the internet and just write anything in an attempt to ruin a company because they are bitter.

I was casually doing a search on the web for something non-related, when I came accross these terrible accusations. My name is Saundra Peterson and I have worked for this company for 8 plus years. In the 8 years that I have been with the company, I have never seen a negative write up about the company or its owner. The comany has been in business since 1997 without one negative complaint in a forum such as this. But, now I see that all you have to do is fire someone for theft and then they have the power to write anything they want on the internet whether its true or not.

I know exactly who all three of you are. Every one of you were dismissed for stealing from a customer's home. Why would you then come on the internet and make up stories because you were terminated? Even the employment ad that you responded to before being hired advised that the company pays "up to $15 and hour" based on experience. It didn't say that you would walk in the door making that amount straight off the street, unless you are qualified. As well, any pay that you didn't receive was applied to the restitution that you had to pay for the theft that you acknowledged. You even signed paperwork in agreement to any money or restitution that would be owed for theft or equipment replacement. This documentatin is also on your last paysheet. What's even worse, is that one of the houses that you stole from had the entire incident on hidden video. I'm refraining from posting your names in hopes that you get your lives together. I'm quite sure if I posted your names, it would keep you from being employed in any position of trust.

As for your calls not being returned, you were advised that all communication going forward would only be by email so that there is a written record of exchanges.

The other day we finally met with him to tell him we quit, and he wanted our aprons before we came, and then he told us he will give us a check this Monday, which just passed. He He ignores our calls, texts, emails, everything. And before this, he did not pay us either. Just a couple 20s once or twice in cash. But, not what he really owed us. We have been calling him like crazy and his office too. This is crazy.
