I clicked a box to order 3 yrs of software service for $16 when downloading Adobe PhotoShop.  It appeared that this was a service from Adobe to assist me with PhotoShop only.  But this company charged my credit card $70.  I received an email that I had ordered the service but did not receive any invoice showing the charge.  I found it only after reviewing my credit card statement.   I called 888-769-380, the phone number on my card statement and had to leave a message.  Since no one returned my call, I logged into softwarepros.com and left an email message to return my charges immediately, that I did not authorize.

I did get the charge back but minus $9.99 which they said was for administrative fees.  This amount they WILL NOT return, as it was somewhere in the contract.   This company is a complete rip-off, making it appear as if you ordered something you want but ending up getting something you do not want and for 4X the cost.  If I had not reviewed my statement, I would have ended up paying these people for nothing as I would never have used them anyways.
