A/O Sept. 29, 2008, I called this rip-off-company. They were extremely rude when I requested that I receive a credit for the $70.80 on my credit card. I ended the call by stating that the Attorney General of the State of Ohio would be notified, also the Attorney General of the State of NM. Did note that a/o yesterday, there WAS a site where one 'could go and request that the 'subscription' (who knows what that is) could be canceled.' It's not there today. After speaking with my credit card representatives, they advised I not do that (adding that would only add fuel to the fire). I have canceled my credit card, requesting a new one...per suggestions of the company. No one else ought to be scammed by these crooks. BEWARE. My hope is that they are stopped, charges filed...and that Adobe itself, goes after them. Still miffed...to put it bluntly.
