softwarenows.com Microsoft Store Offers cheap software and sends non-working software keys and download site, Internet
A company posing as a Microsoft Store and using the microsoft logo. The website was very detailed with info on several software versions available and product info. Shows security logo such as "verified by visa" etc.
I attempted to purchase a licensed software key for MS Office Pro2010 for $106.99
They did send an order confirmation and were supposed to send a product key in 24 hours. I logged back into their website and left a message on the "contact us" tab. A few hours later I received an email with a product key and a website to download the software.
The website was in Chinese! - I translated the page and downloaded the software with was a working trial for MS Office Pro 2010 (had to change the language setting to english). There was no mention of this on the web page.
They product key they sent did not work. I also downloaded the trial from the Microsoft server and again the key was invalid.
Currently, the website appears to be non-existant.
