In my search for 'photoshop', the SoftwarePros came up, offering three options to access PhotoShop. I chose the least costly option and filed in the forrm. Aat the end, when it gave the total price it had given me the most expensive option. I immediately deleted my information without ever having submitted acceptance.
Two weeks later, the charge for $98.99 showed up on my bank statement. I searched out the website again and began my dispute process with them. I also requested that my bank discontinue my debit card and request a refund. But Software's customer service policy is: refunds are given for three days following the purchase.
The company representatives are saying the money will not be refunded, and if I pursue my complaint, they have lawyers to deal with me. Today, I wrote to them again letting them know I would file a complaint online against their company.
In my opinion, their practices are not only dishonest. but a form of cyber-bullying. And I won't be bullied!
