SoftwarePros.com I have the same complaint as all the others. I thought I was purchasing Photo Shop for $16.99 per year, for 3 years. I was never notified that I was downloading software pro. Then I was charged $88.90. I have emailed over and over demanding my refund wit rip off, charging for free software, no phone number online only Internet
This compnay is a fraud. They charge you much more than you agree to, claiming to be charging for whatever program you think you are purchasing, and then all you get is the free trial of that program. There is no phone number you can call, or physical location you can visit. They will not respond to your emails. I thought I was downloading Photo Shop for $16.99/year, for three years. What I got was a free trial of the program, and a rip off charge of $88.82 that I doubt I'll see back.
