My default search engine for my computer is Yahoo so I put in the search bar Photoshop. The first site that came up was softwarepros.com. It said to download Photoshop I would need to buy a subscription to their site I think it was about $ 16.00 a year for 3 years. I went ahead and made the payment then clicked on the download link and the link just sends you to another site for a free trial download of the software you are wanting. So after not finding any contact info on their site other than a email box I proceeded to tell them I wanted my money back right away. Below is a copy of the email that was sent back to me.

Dear Randy,

Unfortunately, we are unable to fulfill your refund request.  You logged into your membership and accessed the download for Adobe Photoshop CC and Adobe Photoshop Elements.  As stated in the refund policy you accepted during your purchase, "If you have accessed the member's center and downloaded any software via the service, membership is nonrefundable."

Your membership fee was a one-time charge and there will be no further billings.  You do have access to the service you purchased for the entire length of your membership.  You can reaccess all of your membership benefits by logging back into the member's area of the website at softwarepros.com/login

Please use this email address to contact technical support, billing, or customer service if you need further assistance.

Thank you,

Software Pros Support

As soon as I got this email I wrote them back and told them I will be disputing the charges with the credit card company. I will also be reporting this company to the BBB.
