Purchased Office 2010 Pro Plus in Feb. 2015 via internet site (www.softwaresupporthub.com). Downloaded software and installed. Activated via key. Product began to fail in Jan. 2016. Unable to repair or update due to de-activation by microsoft. Find that it is a bogus copy.
