Do not-repeat do not send these fools a nickle. They are using your information for the propogation of spyware and viruses. Speak in very broken english and use heavy background noise to fool you. Always trying to sell you someting and come back and discount after you say no Thanks.
Bad people, bad business and the worst of the worst. Hire someone local to service your computer and save a ton of $$$ as compared to these theives.
