Solange Chadda Chadda attempts to steal horse again!! Pittsburgh Pennsylvania

Solange Chadda of Pennsylvania stole a yearling Thoroughbred colt from me here in Michigan. After an extensive search, I found the colt being boarded at a farm in Florida and brought him back home.
Ms. Chadda called me crying that she is in love with the horse and wanted to make it right and buy the horse legally.
She agreed to a payment plan that specified if she quit making payments or made late payments that any monies that she paid would be forfeited. She ultimately made one payment on the horse, but continued to pay board on the horse for several months. Then she quit paying again.
After making it clear that I would not agree to hold onto the horse when she didn't pay, I sold the horse to another party.
Ms. Chadda called me crying yet again about the horse and how she wanted to purchase him. I told her that I would only intervene if she paid the $2200 that she defaulted.
Instead of paying the $2200 that she defaulted, she contacted a local veterinarian and attempted to hire the vet to come to my farm and conduct a coggins test, have a health certificate done and give the horse a equine herpes vaccine ALL without my knowledge, and THEN send a hauler to come and pick up the horse ALL again without my knowledge.
Thankfully the horse is not at my farm, and I don't use the veterinarian that she contacted.
Her intention was to steal the horse and move him to a farm in Florida where I wouldn't be able to find him.
