We loaned $40,000 to a Film Producer with $60,000 repaymemt terms. He paid $4,000 to Soleil Chartered Bank and Govind Srivastava delivered a Letter Of Credit to us for $60,000 promicing to repay the loan if he was unable to pay back the loan. We extended the repayment dates several times and the LOC was also extended. The film producer repaid $20,000 and we communicated with Govind Srivastava by letter, email, and phone regarding the remaining $40,000. He has not fulfilled his obligations. Our last communication was on March 6th, 2018: Govind, Hi there. Please give -intentially left blank- a call at -intentially left blank-. Your integrity is on the line Sir. Govind Srivastava It is now July 29th and we have not heard a word from Govind Srivastava or Soleil Chartered Bank regarding thier $40,000 obligation.
