Hired Brad of Solid Design Build & he collected a deposit.
* Demanded more money on day 1 on the job.
* Demanded even more money on day 2, in direct opposition to our contract terms of payment.
* Showed no regard for our property, parking in driveway blocking tenants & service providers access to enter or exit property.
* Left our expensive antique tile out to be stolen and/or tripped over in courtyard.
* Abandoned job when I asked for verification of inspection.
* Committed theft of personal property by reusing to return Historic Landmark property gate remote.
* Trespassed on property the following week.
* Caused us financial loss replacing/reprogramming all tenants/service providers gate remotes and other costs.
* Harassed me with emails & phone calls, threats of lawsuits & liens when I refused to pay him balance of money due after he abandoned the job.
Despite Brads insistence that he had a "close relationship" with the City of Weho and the inspector, the city insisted they did not even know him, he had not called for any inspections, and the inspector had not approved any of his work. So many UNTRUTHS in what he had been feeding me since the day I hired him!
Is currently under investigation with the State Contractors Board.

THIS "REPORT" WAS WRITTEN BY A VINDICTIVE EX ASSOSIATE, A FELON, WHO WAS FIRED FOR EMBEZZLEMENT:
Escaping Atlanta GA, following the embezzlement of funds from his previous business associates, to the tune of $600,000.00, and after several convictions and arrests in the state of GA, among them, for impersonating an officer and threatening a witness, Christopher Grzegorzewski AKA Christopher Winters fled to a rehab in Los Angeles, and then worked as a clerk, for three years, all while defrauding the state of GA by claiming unemployment and collecting food stamps .
After being fired from his clerk position at a furniture outfit, during September of 2016, Christopher Winters manipulated his way into becoming an associate with Solid Design + Build and Solid Roofing Inc. and during a very short time was able to siphon company funds, again, from clients into his own personal bank account, demanding that clients would write checks to him personally all while representing himself as a “partner” with Solid Roofing Inc. A police report for embezzlement and grand theft has been filed, with the West Hollywood Sheriff department, as well as five small claims lawsuits are pending against Christopher Winters, of which he already lost the first one.
Adding insult to injury, Christopher Winters managed to manipulate a seemingly corrupt councilmember into endorsing him for a position as a “commissioner” at the West Hollywood Historic Preservation Commission, a position no convicted felon should hold.
Christopher Winters is a manipulator and a fraud;
he has no professional license of any kind, nor does he hold workers compensation or liability insurance for the unlicensed work he provides.

The follwoing are the facts, in this matter :
1. Cheri Woods was charged in accordance with payments guideline of the Contractor State License Board
2. We started and completed the work immediately.
3. Cheri Woods didn't comply with the requierments of the City Of West Hollywood; She recieved a code enforcement violation due to non compliance and has tried to "nail" every one of the 7 contractors who tried to help her with this project.
4. We have a signed email approval from the city Inspector, indicating that we passed inspection.
5. No farther work was permited, on this project, before Cheri Woods complies with the City Requierments.
6. All her claims including "theaft" and "traspasing" are totaly false . They are merely mean spirited and malicious accusations which hold no merit. The turth is that we went out of our way to try and help her.
In closing; Cheri Woods has been notified by us and by principals in the city of west hollywood, regarding her non compliance status, and unfortunately she choose to ignore everyone. Apperantly she believes that by playing the "victim card" she would cause someone to pay her city fees and other fees. With this particular case; she would rather maliciously try and ruin someone's reputation instead of, doing the right thing, complying with the city requierements regarding the work that must be performed (requiered by the city) at her $2.5 million dollar investment property.
All documentation, that proves our absolute innocence, can be provided upon request.
