Money simply disappears from my Solo Prepaid account. I call them to enquire and they speak down to you are completely unprofessional.

Noticed about $5 disappear yesterday. Called and asked why.

They said it was for Internet. Funny, all I did was go to my Hotmail account and look at one page. Asked them to verify and justify charge. All the guy did was talk in circle and speak down to me. 

More money disappeared the next day. This time the woman claimed their billing was flawless, then hung up on me. Called again and asked to speak to supervisor. After about 15 min on hold, the guy came back and stated that they did have some Internet billing bugs the day before, but they have been rectified.

Gave me a credit of $5.20. Went to the Internet to test. All I did was lodging and go to Inbox. This time it was a charge of more than $4. Called them again.  This time after about 10 min on hold he came back and stated that there may be another bug and finally opened a trouble ticket. Why was this not done in the first place? Why are the employees allowed to talk down to you and/or hand up? No accountability! If I were there boss (I am the lead tech at an IT Help Desk) at least 2 people would be out jobs!
