Solutions from Science pocket power plus is a joke Thomson Illinois
Purchased the Pocket Power Plus after hearing an ad on the GlennBeck show. Purchased as a gift for someone. That person (nor I) were aware that we needed to immediately unpack the unit and charge and and to keep it charged in order for it to work. A simple notice on the packaging would have been immensely helpful. We charged the batteries several months later only to find that the unit will only recharge a single cell phone, one time before it powers off due to the charge being depleted. No matter how many times we attempt to recharge the unit, the same results are experienced.
Upon contacting the sales department, we learned that becuase we did not discover and report this problem within 90 days that we were essentially out of luck, the agent offered no solution. Not even a discount on an upgraded version of the unit.
Had our first experience using their product been successful, we would have referred others and also eventually purchased additional products. However, given the manner inwhich they choose to deal with my incident, I cannot recommend purchasing anything from Solutions From Science.
