Purchased an amp a few months ago blew winthin 30 days, sent back he "repaired" it sent it to me had it installed it blew a few weeks later, spoke with them they said send it back for a store credit with no mention of a 10 restocking fee on a defective product it made absolutely no sence especially for a store credit if that was the case I would have just took the refund with the restocking fee with a full paypal return... just be careful when purchasing from sonicelectronix.

There was no restock fee on this return. The deduction was because the return was missing the manufacturer's box ($10) and the Hi-lo cable
($15).
HI-lo cable understandable but the box 10.00 ive me a break
