I signed up for BMG in March 2006. I had some family issues recently, which prevented my normal internet usage.

I got online last night, went to check my bank status and found a BMG charge of $23 and some change. I was completely lost and confused. I didn't remember ordering anything, and I hadn't been on the website since ordering my CDs in the "introductory offer". I looked up my account and found a shipment for a Carrie Underwood CD. I don't listen to her and never ordered the CD.

I went around the website and eventually around other websites trying to find a phone number to call. After about an hour I found a number and called. The offices were closed for the day, so I left a message.

I never got a response so I called back the next day and got 30-40 minutes of automated run around before finally hearing a human voice. When I finally got though, the lady told me that the CD had to have been ordered because they wouldn't have done that. In other words I was a liar.

They gave me a 317-692-9200 number and I was told that a promotional email had been sent and that if I didn't respond in 7 days the CD would be sent. It was supposedly part of the contract, but I never saw that in the contract. And how can I answer an email if I'm not even home??!!

I will never do business with BMG again and would strongly advise everybody else not to.
