 Purchased a game online through Sony PlayStation store on 4/6/17. Purchased the season pass with the game so total purchase price was $99.99. Started playing game and there were several glitches and the game overall was poor. I called Sony and asked for a credit so I could purchase something else and they said because I played the game they would not refund my money. I asked if I could get a refund/credit for the $40 in extra content that I had purchased and not yet received and they said no. I didn't think that was fair so I disputed the charge with my bank. While the bank is still making a decision on the charge Sony went ahead and banned me from my account meaning all the games I have purchased online and all the time I spent playing them are now inaccessible and have lost hundreds of dollars in games and countless hours of progress.
