I tried for nearly a month to reach either soozi jones walker or bobbi miracle the President and vice president of commercial executive real estate. It must have been a coincidence that they called me back not 15 minutes after I called and spoke to the property owner. Later, I finally caught up with them at their office, and asked them about missing our appointment to make an offer.
Bobbi came just a hair short of calling me a liar and told me she checked the call log there was no record of my call to make the appointment . She was quite insistent that I never called until I showed her the call log on my phone. She then got angry and said "fine we will just sell it to somebody else".
If you find yourself having to deal with Mrs. walker or Mrs. miracle in any capacity do yourself a favor and write down EVERYTHING! Dates times details. Record conversations if possible, just do everything you can to protect yourself. In my opinion they are not to be trusted.
