I have hired (or tried to) this law firm on 3 different occasions; one for child support not being paid, one regarding the collection of a judegement owed to me and the other for a real estate mortgage that I hold for someone else. In EVERY one of these cases the owner met with me for with approximately one hour, asked questions and took notes. At the conclusion of our meetings she gave me clear concise directions on steps I should take BEFORE she would bill me her (very reasonable) hourly rate. I am still amazed at the honesty and integrity with which she and her staff carry themselves. There is NO WAY she, or any of her staff, would approach the line of forgery, let alone cross it. It is apparent that the initial report writer has an axe to grind. I am glad that he/she choose someone who walks so high in integrity, because her truth will ALWAYS outshine the lies, which remain anonymous because "darkness cannot co-exist with light".

First and foremost, having worked for Melissa, I can tell you this is completely and totally false. It sounds like she fired you for being an unruly client, or she got the better of you and your counsel in court. Yes, that's right. Attorney's can fire clients. Also, had you been removed as a client, she would have mailed you back the remainder of your retainer, as was written in you RETAINER AGREEMENT. In fact, I think you're just venting by simply breaking some Terms of Service agreements. Perhaps you need a refresher?
As for the advice Melissa gives, there is no more honest an attorney. She tells you how she sees it and will NOT give it to you with a spoon full of sunshine. So, like it or not, you're getting sound, honest advice. This woman doesn't even swear, let alone lie. You would do well to take some lessons.
As for forging your signature, that's also a lie. You know that. I know that.
Come on, now. Be realistic. Nothing that you've written is even remotely true, and you're simply venting in an effort to hurt a good, honest, hard-working and caring attorney.
Ma'am, the only scam artist here is you.
