SoundCore Music Terrible Video Production Quality Charged Me For Bad DVD Copies ripoff Carbondale Illinois
I used their State of the Art DVD duplication service to have a short DVD run made because I was in a hurry and didn't have a duplicator at the time. I was promised a speedy turnaround and was surprised to find my dvds delayed long enough for me to run them one by one myself.
When I finally got the duplicates and shipped them out to my customers over half of them were returned to me. They were BLANK..
Upon demanding some form of compensation I was told it was my master. How could that be, I asked. The fact that half of them worked and the rest don't leads me to believe there is nothing wrong with my master. The Owner still offered me no compensation.
I have seen their video work and I would also like to advise ANYONE considering them for video to run away. Their quality is horrible. (Amateur camera moves, poor lighting, lousy sound, and sloppy editing.) I will say this though. At least they are consistently horrible.

Joe, Please note the date I submitted this report. Submitted: 10/2/2006 10:40:01 PM I spoke to you the day I discovered the bad copies and you proceeded to tell me you were not going to do anything because my master was the problem and you didn't offer any warranty the day I picked them up. So, I accepted your offer to do nothing. The next day I ordered a Primera BRAVO II Printer, a 4 target DVD burner, and a shrink wrap machine. Haven't had any use for your services since then. Welcome to Rip-off report.
