Joe, Please note the date I submitted this report. Submitted: 10/2/2006 10:40:01 PM I spoke to you the day I discovered the bad copies and you proceeded to tell me you were not going to do anything because my master was the problem and you didn't offer any warranty the day I picked them up. So, I accepted your offer to do nothing. The next day I ordered a Primera BRAVO II Printer, a 4 target DVD burner, and a shrink wrap machine. Haven't had any use for your services since then. Welcome to Rip-off report.
