I signed up for this auto warranty in July 2009 I put 275.00 down and my payments was 153.89 monthly. They use a secondary finance company called MEPCO anyway I needed to use my warranty only to call and find out the line was disconnected, their website is no longer valid. I went to BBB and found out the owners name Mike Kasick and an one Adam Kasick, I found them on facebook and left a message asking what do I do no answer. I am going to try Mepco to see what they have to say but so far I am out 1200 dollars. I plan to persue criminal charges as well in TN

when you signed up for your warranty, you should've gotten a coverage booklet. if you can't find it, call MEPCO, and ask them who your company is through. source one was a company who signed you up for coverage, not the coverage company. they're the middleman. if you have the booklet there's always a claims number on the back, which is who youc all when your car breaks. there's no way you can pursue criminal charges when all your mechanic had to do was call claims. he shoudl know that anyway if he's certified.
