South Jersey Energy Service Plus partnered with Home Serv Uunable to repair A.C. UNIT AFTER 7 MONTHS and many tries including faulty wiring ,Thermostat lost. Hammonton N.J. New Jersey
In an attempt to repair an A.C. unit a digital thermostat was taken by their service man and lost. I was given the option to have them rewire the system at a cost to me of $185 . I paid this fee and after 7 months the unit was not fixed. I made many calls to the service supervisor and could not get any satisfaction..
After being totally frustrated I called another company who fixed the problem in two days . It seems and I have their bill which clearly states the wiring was wrong and that was the cause of the unit not working .I feel it is only fair that I be remunerated for the lost thermostat at south jersey'price of $650 ,given refund for the seven months of paid policy, $185 for the faulty rewiring and lastly $341.83 for the company who quickly reaired A.C. unit.
