SE Jeopardy did not pay EMG and also failed to pay several artists on the lineup including one represented by EMG whom is the brain child of the concept "Game for Change" and whom also orchestrated this event from inception including using his relationships with celebs, media, sponsors, vendors such as airlines, and EMG to make this event a success. EMG was previously asked to communicate with all disgruntled independent contractors whom money is owed to and are unhappy with the working relationship including Game, Babeboy, the Drew League, and others. Everyone has the same complaint - - - LAPD did not pay and broke their promises. Unfortunately EMG is one of the vendors who was made broken promises and has not been paid for services rendered.

It seems that Andre Haynes is in breach of his contract with Southeast Jeopardy. He has failed to complete items listed in his contract the he promised to do. We will forward this information to our City Attorney's Office to handle.

Staff members of SE Jeopardy have admitted verbally and in writing that EMG is owed the unpaid balance as promised for services rendered. A staff member of SE Jeopardy has personally made two payments to EMG due to SE Jeopardy's breach of contract and her guilt about the situation. EMG will not post anything else but shall take legal action against SE Jeopardy effective immediately.

Andre Haynes was paid over and above for the amount for the little work that he completed. His business practices and integrity are questionable. He made false statements about a Screen Actors Guild executive and that statement was verified by an independent party. He is requesting payment for services not rendered. Our event was postpone therefor his services are not needed until we reschedule the event. The event was to raise funds for low income/at risk youth programs in South Los Angeles. Many of our youth come from neglected house holds, have been abandoned by one or both parents and have little to no opportunities for extra curriculum activities. Our organization provides numerous outreach programs including sports, music, field trips, youth leadership programs, reading programs, mentor programs, etc... We have been more the gracious to him and he continues to harass my employees during and after business hours to the point where is has become annoying. Now he has filed this report. His actions are juvenile and unprofessional. Please feel free to contact me for additional information.
