Southern Custom Grills Alex Rodriguez proactive to gain our business, after payment they dissapeared for weeks. miami, Florida
Alex is a very pleasant person when he is trying to get your business, very proactive and helpful. We decided to go with southern custom grills after his presentation and pictures of "jobs he did".
We were going to make 4 payments at different stages, but we decided to pay everything. Big mistake.
Some work was done but after receiving the payment they were nowhere to be found for weeks, no returned calls unless we called from a different number, until then new excuses were given and a date of delivery.
What should have been a 3 week job, it took around 5 months for completion, not after we mention we were going to report them to authorities.
Worst experience, would not recommend to use them for any type of job.
